When I moved into my current position in early November 2015 after the abrupt retirement of my predecessor, I knew very little about accounting for employee hours, inventory, invoices or really anything else associated with the technical aspects of this job. Frankly, I was in over my head and was seriously considering leaving. Then, I was introduced to Rick Palumbo and his CPR software. After only one meeting, Rick clarified a great deal and his system made the bookkeeping so much easier and better organized.
